We receive requests periodically, and the following form helps us to evaluate requests by providing us with some information about your organization.

We are typically happy to support: 

• Other organizations and efforts geared towards expanding the board game hobby in St. Louis

• Other growing conventions

• Organizations that align with our values of diversity, equity and inclusion

Most of the time, the easiest thing for us to provide are regular badges to Geekway Prime, our large springtime convention, but if there’s something else you’d like to request, you’re welcome to ask in the space provided.

We typically provide physical games only to organizations local to St. Louis, so they can be picked up, rather than dealing with shipping logistics. Badges to Geekway Prime and gift certificates to Miniature Market can be more readily offered to those outside of the St. Louis metro area.

Note: If this is a recurrent event/need, you will need to fill out this form for each year/request.
