All Geekway policies apply to exhibitors, both as exhibitors and as attendees of the convention.

Exhibitors will ensure that booths are staffed during the entirety of the open hours of the vendor hall.

Waiver of Liability

The exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all loss, damage, or destruction of property of the exhibitor, its employees, agents, and guests.  Geekway, LLC, or any officer, agent, or employee thereof will not be liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of exhibitor’s property from theft, fire, accident, or any other cause.

Promotional Models

This policy has the purpose to create a welcoming and comfortable environment with the focus on the games, and not hired models.

Promotional models are allowed to work vendor booths/demo games, but may not promote products at Geekway using overtly sexual or suggestive methods and clothing. If for any reason Geekway staff determines that the attire of any vendor staff is inappropriate the vendor will be asked to alter the attire of the staff. If that is not possible, they will be asked to remove them from the vendor hall.

Cosplay models of game characters that you feel might break these guidelines must have costumes approved by Geekway staff prior to the convention.
