Geekway Prime offers two types of vendor spaces

We have options for both retail vendors and small vendors/crowdfunding vendors with accessible prices for both options.

Note: We only accept board game and board game adjacent vendors, please.

Vendors are welcome at Geekway Prime. Geekway Mini and Micro do not have space for vendors. 

General Info

Vendor spaces are offered at Geekway Prime. Geekway Prime is our premier four-day event that happens annually the third weekend in May, at the St. Charles Convention Center (in the greater St. Louis area). 

Neither Geekway Mini nor Geekway Micro have vendor space.

We offer two types of vendor opportunities:

Retail Vendor Space

  • This is for retailers bringing product to sell. 

  • Standard booth size is 10x10, though some vendors choose to purchase more than one 10x10 space for a larger presence. 

  • Pricing starts at: $600

Small Vendor/Crowdfunding Vendor Space

  • This is for small vendors/publishers that have limited product to sell if any, or have active crowdfunding campaigns (or are preparing to crowdfund) to show their projects to attendees and generate interest.

  • Standard space is a 6 ft table with chairs

  • Pricing starts at $250
