Geekway Prime 2027 Hotel Patron Badges and Non-Hotel Patron Badges go on sale January 2, 2027 at 8 am CT sharp. Hotel Patron Badges will sell out fast. If you want one, make plans to get it that morning. (Non-hotel Patron badges last a bit longer.)
Geekway Prime 2027 Regular Badges go on sale January 15, 2027. These will sell out, but usually not until March, so you don't need to rush. But don't wait too long, lest the gateway to that dread dimension known as Geekway seal shut forever, stranding you here upon this mortal plane.
Badges will be on sale until April 7, 2027 or until they sell out. Buy your badge early! Geekway doesn't do sales at the door.
Registration for Geekway Prime Activities on March 21. This includes activities such as the Flea Market and Double Exposure Regional Championships. Once it is live in In Tabletop Events, click "Attend" and then "Event Schedule" in the top menu to explore the event listing. For descriptions and more info, see the Prime Activities page.
Refund deadline is May 7, 2027 at 5 pm CT. Request refunds are processed through your Tabletop Events account.
Badge pickup and convention start time is 8 am CT on Thursday, May 13.
Geekway HQ is open 8 am - 8 pm daily for badge pickup.
Convention ends at 5 pm on May 16.
2027 Theme
It is a time of civil war. The evil BOARD GAME MEGAEMPIRE has sanctioned the playing of small press and indie games, forcing the citizens of the galaxy to play cheaply made mass produced games in scheduled tournaments that begin promptly at 9 AM and end promptly at 5 PM.
Now the EMPIRE has learned that a group of OPEN GAMING REBELS has been playing games all through the night for years now at a secret base hidden in a small rust belt metro town. Angry at this flagrant violation of decorum, the EMPIRE even now prepares to assault this happy gathering.
The rebellion, now known as GEEKWAY PRIME, prepares a four day celebration of open gaming chaos, focused on the ancient practice of PLAY AND WIN. Join them as they work to bring freedom to the galaxy…
